As early as age thirteen, Roger began working with Candid Cameras Studios in Greenville, S.C., and was tutored by the famed photographer, Cecil Snipes.
In 1974 Roger became a family portrait photographer with Nationwide Studios. Traveling throughout the United States over the following three years, Roger worked full-time at photography, taking thousands of portraits of children and family groups. Since then, he has worked with many different organizations doing photography promotions. Roger has not only mastered some unique photography techniques, but also found a passion - that is to provide each client with beautiful portraits while having fun! |
Dana and Roger |
Something of a photography pause occurred with Roger's marriage to Dana in 1980, and their subsequent rearing of their six children! Dana always shared Roger's love for photography, and in 1995, the couple founded P.B.R. Studios. This marked a return to professional photography for Roger and the beginning of a successful business for them both.
Our goal at P.B.R. Studios is not to be the largest, but to be the one you call when you want personal professional portraiture. |

P.B.R. Studios shoots family portraits to be used in the directory and arranges for the printing of the directory at no cost to the church organization. |
Fund-Raiser
With P.B.R. Studios' excellent fund-raising program your organization need invest no up-front money. Coupons are sold by individuals in your organization to families in your community which entitle each family to a 10x13 family portrait. Your organization will receive $5.00 for each coupon sold. If 75 or more families are photographed, your group will receive $7.00 for each coupon sold. |
